shadab, the duty manager, upgraded our room to a spacious suite. the suite featured separate living and sleeping areas, a practical setup for families (it was a nice surprise!). it also had a well-stocked minibar with a variety of beverages and snacks. i found the location convenient with easy access to the metro.
The bathroom fixtures showed some wear. The showerhead leaked slightly and the grout needed some attention.

the staff were genuinely helpful and responsive to requests. check-in was efficient with clear explanations of hotel amenities and services and requests for extra towels or information were handled quickly and politely by the team.

my superior king room city view had a good air conditioner, very important. the tv had many channels, and i found the bed firm. i liked that the room includes a safe for valuables.
some of the decor looked dated.

the reception staff were super friendly, especially musha and yeap! the room was clean, and i loved the location of the hotel. i found getting taxis nearby very convenient. food cleaning was really good and convenient too.
