spacious suite separate areas metro access
shadab, the duty manager, upgraded our room to a spacious suite. the suite featured separate living and sleeping areas, a practical setup for families (it was a nice surprise!). it also had a well-stocked minibar with a variety of beverages and snacks. i found the location convenient with easy access to the metro.
The bathroom fixtures showed some wear. The showerhead leaked slightly and the grout needed some attention.

the staff were genuinely helpful and responsive to requests. check-in was efficient with clear explanations of hotel amenities and services and requests for extra towels or information were handled quickly and politely by the team.

the suite included a king-sized bed with crisp linens. a separate seating area featured a sofa and a work desk. the room also had large windows that let in plenty of natural light during the day.

my superior king room city view had a good air conditioner, very important. the tv had many channels, and i found the bed firm. i liked that the room includes a safe for valuables.
some of the decor looked dated.

the hotel is situated near the deira city centre metro station. a large mall is very close to the hotel. this made it easy to access transport and shopping.

friendly staff clean room convenient location convenient cleaning
the reception staff were super friendly, especially musha and yeap! the room was clean, and i loved the location of the hotel. i found getting taxis nearby very convenient. food cleaning was really good and convenient too.
the elevators were a bit small, especially when i had luggage.

the hotel had a city center very close by, perfect for exploring and shopping. i also noticed many eating places nearby, and the convenience to the metro station really helped with transportation .

The breakfast had tasty and well-served options, though simple. the food was AMAZING!!! the hotel is dry. Therefore, i could not have a drink with dinner. i hope the hotel provides many more food options.
